Step 1: Download Excel Template

Download the single-sheet template. Each row represents one loan. Fill in the customer, loan, and optionally guarantor and collateral columns. Leave guarantor and collateral columns blank if not applicable.

Step 2: Upload Filled Template

Upload your filled Excel file. The file must contain a sheet named loans.
