Download the Excel template with 5 sheets (customers, guarantors, collaterals, loanProducts, loans). The template is preloaded with existing data from your branch. Fill in the loans sheet to reference rows from the other sheets using 1-based row numbers. Use semicolons (;) to separate multiple guarantor or collateral references.

Upload the filled Excel file. The file should contain sheets named: customers, guarantors, collaterals, loanProducts, and loans. Customers, loan products, and loans sheets are required.
